Pakistan’s coronavirus cases continued to surge on Monday as the number of people who tested positive for the virus climbed to 1,637, according to data provided by the National Command and Operations Centre (NCOC).
The NCOC said that 23 people lost their lives due to the virus on Monday, among them 21 of those who breathed their last in a hospital whilst 2 died out of hospital.
The latest round of infections brings the total tally to 20,045. Here is a breakdown of the cases province-wise.
