Satanic ‘Baal’ statue confiscated in Karachi

A bizarre demonic statue was spotted on the street in Korangi Industrial area of Karachi, prompting police to confiscate the sculpture and launch an investigation.

The statue has stark resemblance to Baal, an ancient idol that has been popularized by occult worshippers. A video of the white wax figure being prepared soon went viral on social media, as residents expressed concern over the presence of the satanic sculpture.

Police confiscated the demonic statue and brought it to the Mehran Town police station on the instructions of SSP Korangi.

An investigation revealed that the statue was supposed to be burned during the Al-Quds rally being observed on Friday to protest the US-Israel war in Iran. The statue was being prepared on the order or religious scholar Allama Shabbar Zaidi.

It must be mentioned that similar incidents have occurred in Iran where protestors have burned the statue of the Baal idol to protest US-Israeli hostilities in the country.
