PPP’s Shehla Raza tests positive for coronavirus

KARACHI: Senior PPP leader Syeda Shehla Raza has tested positive for the coronavirus.

In a Twitter post on Monday, the PPP minister shared a photo of her test result, adding that she is awaiting the results of her family members.

The PPP leader is isolating at her residence.

Former prime ministers Yousuf Raza Gillani and Shahid Khaqan Abbasi also tested positive for the virus last week.

PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif had also contracted the virus along with Ahsan Iqbal and Marriyum Aurangzeb.

Last week, Railways Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed and PTIA MNA Jai Prakash contracted the infection.
