DHA ‘dancing fountain show’ creates a stir following first spell of rain in Karachi

KARACHI: The city received its very first spell of the monsoon rain and Karachiites’ worst fears came true. Roads partly submerged in water became a common sight on social media but this one particular video, filmed by an individual, generated interesting comments and retweets on Twitter.

Never a disappointment, Pakistani Twitterati chose to call it the ‘DHA dancing fountain video’ as scores of overflowing gutters can be seen spewing the sewer and rainwater out onto the streets in the posh locality.
