Amanda Bynes released from mental health facility

The 37-year-old actress has checked out of her mental health facility after three weeks. It was reported that Amanda left the hospital after she and her doctors felt she was ready. She will now be doing an outpatient treatment to maintain her progress as she resumes her regular life.

The ‘She is the Man’ star was admitted to the hospital after she was reportedly wandering the streets of Los Angeles for four days on March 15.

It was reported on that day she was admitted to the hospital, she had called 911 asking for assistance.

Previously in 2014, Bynes had made a statement that she has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and Depression however later she retracted her statement. The actress has also spoken about her struggle with drug addiction.

In March 2022, Amanda was released from a conservatorship after nine years. Bynes made a statement via her attorney in which she thanked and fans, lawyer and parents and said, “In the last several years, I have been working hard to improve my health so that I can live and work independently, and I will continue to prioritize my well-being in this next chapter.”
