Asim Bajwa to issue clarification on assets in few days: Shibli Faraz

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Shibli Faraz said that SAPM on Information Lt Gen (retd) Asim Bajwa will issue a detailed clarification regarding his assets in a few days.

The CPEC chairman and SAPM has been making headlines over the past few days ever since journalist Ahmad Noorani published a story on a website alleging that the retired general’s wealth and business empire grew ever since he became part of former military dictator General (Pervez Musharraf).

A few days ago, Bajwa had taken to Twitter to rubbish the story by Noorani, saying that it was a “malicious propaganda story published on an unknown site”.
