Bob Dylan sued for alleged sexual abuse of minor in 1960s

Bob Dylan sued by unknown woman, accusing him that he sexually abused her in 1965 when she was 12 years old, after giving her drugs and alcohol.

The charges on Dylan, who is 80 years old now are incorrect according to a spokesman for Dylan.

The spokesman stated, “The 56-year-old claim is untrue and will be vigorously defended,”

According to a Civil lawsuit filed late Friday with the New York Supreme court , The lady known only as J.C. claimed Dylan sexually abused her at his New York apartment over a six-week period, “leaving her emotionally scarred and psychologically wounded to this day.”

Dylan, The global prize winner was in his mid-twenties “exploited his status as a musician to provide J.C. with alcohol and drugs and sexually abuse her multiple times,” stated the lawsuit

Her case was filed shortly before a deadline set by a New York state law in 2019 allowing anyone to file legal claims concerning allegations of sexual abuse of children who were previously barred from doing so due to a statute of limitations.
