Ex-Sindh CM Qaim Ali Shah tests positive for COVID-19, says daughter
Qaim Ali Shah, former Sindh chief minister, has contracted Covid-19, said his daughter Nafisa Shah Tuesday.

It was Nafisa who broke the news, saying that Qaim Ali Shah was under the supervision of a team of doctors at home who were taking care of him.
News of Qaim Ali Shah contracting coronavirus comes at a time when the province is daily registering cases of the novel coronavirus, with the active number of cases especially high in Karachi.
Pakistan is now battling the fourth wave of the pandemic with 67 new deaths announced on Tuesday taking the toll to 23,529. Another 3,582 cases were reported according to the NCOC.
The coronavirus positivity ratio stands at 7.19%, whilst 1,355 people have recovered from the virus today taking the tally to 944,375.
