Former president Asif Ali Zardari hospitalized in Karachi

Former president Asif Ali Zardari Thursday was shifted to a private hospital in Karachi after his health condition suddenly aggravated, according to party sources.

The PPP co-chairman was shifted to Zia-ud-Din Hospital in Karachi after he suddenly felt unwell.

Doctors are examining his condition.

According to a report, doctors have run different medical tests on the former president and were awaiting results.

A source close to the PPP said that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had returned to Karachi from Islamabad to be with his father.

Bakhtawar Bhutto and her husband have also arrived in Karachi from Dubai.
