Pakistani cricketer Haris Rauf has won hearts around the world for treating an Indian security guard with respect and love after a match at the Big Bash League (BBL) ended and Haris was declared the Man of the Match.
Haris gave a stunning performance for the Melbourne Stars in their match against the Hurricanes by raking in impressive figures of 5/27 that helped is side secure a comfortable win.
After the match ended, Haris met an Indian security guard and hugged him. He gifted him the ball used in the match, a gesture that left the Indian security guard crying.

“I gave today’s match ball to a security guy who is from India. When I came to the ground today I told him I am from Pakistan, he got emotional, he cried and he hugged me,” said Haris.
Haris, who is yet to make his international debut for Pakistan, has made a name for himself by giving stellar performances in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). He has also clocked in impressive pace, delivering the ball at more than 140 km/hour on a regular basis.
