Hum Style Awards makes trend on social media

The Hum Style Awards took place yesterday in Lahore, highlighting stylists and fashionable chunk of the industry.

The award show was the first one to take place in Pakistan since Covid hit the country. Many known ones were a part of the show bringing glitz and glamour to the show.

Meanwhile, social media took its toll on actors and designers who made style statements but failed to do so. Designers Ali Zeeshan, Fahad Hussayn made headlines for being the worst dressed at the show.

Netizens blazed off at actresses Mashal Khan, Model Fahmeen Ansari, Alizeh Shah, and many more for nearly wearing clothes that were not acceptable in our society. A lot of people questioned the fact that “is this the Islamic Republic of Pakistan”?

Since the emergence of this award show, each year we have seen models, designers, actors dressing either to the best or the worst with nothing in between.

Blazed-up social media has asked Prime Minister Imran Khan to look into this matter and stop such shows.
