ISLAMABAD: Senator Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar announced that he was resigning as spokesperson of PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
Taking to micro-blogging website Twitter on Saturday, Khokhar said that he would remain associated with the PPP.
“I have resigned from the position of spokesperson to the chairman, not from #PPP. Will stand by BBZ through thick and thin. In my years as his spokesperson, have given counsel with honesty, sincerity and in the best interests of the country and the party,” he tweeted.

His tweet came amid media speculations that Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar was leaving the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
