ISLAMABAD: Pakistan will provide consular access to Indian spy Commander Kulbhushan Jadhav, a serving Indian naval officer and RAW operative on Monday.
This was stated by Foreign Office Spokesperson Dr Mohammad Faisal in a statement on Sunday.
According to Dr Faisal, the access is being provided in line with Vienna Convention on Consular relations, International Court of Justice verdict and the laws of Pakistan.
Commander Jadhav is in Pakistan’s custody, for espionage, terrorism and sabotage.
Consular access for Indian spy Commander Kulbhushan Jadhav, a serving Indian naval officer and RAW operative, is being provided on Monday 2 September 2019, in line with Vienna Convention on Consular relations, ICJ judgement & the laws of Pakistan.
