Pakistanis slam Quinton de Kock for ‘cheating’ on Twitter

Pakistanis lashed out at former South African captain Quinton de Kock on Monday after his “cheating” act was caught on camera during the match against Pakistan on Sunday.

While South Africa won the match against Pakistan narrowly during the last over, it was Fakhar Zaman’s run-out that seemed to hammer the final nail in Pakistan’s coffin.

The left-handed batsman, while attempting to run a double one, was run-out by a direct throw by Markram.

However, it was Zaman who was deceived by de Kock, the wicket-keeper, who deceived the Pakistani batsman by pointing towards the bowling end, making it seem as if the ball would land there.

It did not. It shattered Zaman’s stumps, ruling him out.
