Pakistan’s Covid positivity rate drops below 5% mark

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan reported around 2,253 fresh Covid cases and a daily positivity rate of 4.82 per cent in the last 24 hours,

The daily positivity rate has fallen below the 5 per cent mark (4.82%) for the first time in months.

According to latest figures released by the National Command and Control Center, 46,726 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours and of them 2243 returned positive.

It also recorded 92 new fatalities across the country.

Meanwhile, 216,015 people were administered Coronavirus vaccines across Pakistan. So far 5,574,823 have got Covid jabs.
