LARKANA: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Sunday paid a visit to his grandfather’s mausoleum in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh, paying tribute to him on his 41st death anniversary while practicing social distancing.
Taking to Twitter, the PPP chairman paid tribute to former prime minister and PPP founder Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. Bilawal laid emphasis on the importance of social distancing as the number of coronavirus cases in the country surged past 3,000 on Monday.
“April 4th 2020 Ever year, for last 41 yrs, hundreds of thousands gather, pay tribute to Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto on his martyrdom anniversary. Today I was here alone. #COVID19Pandemic must fundemntally change our approach to healthcare & economics. People matter not profits,” he tweeted.
