PPP expresses alarm over increasing number of Covid-19 deaths, cases

Pakistan Peoples Party Secretary General Syed Nayyar Hussain Bukhari has expressed deep concern over increasing number of Covid-19 patients and deaths due to this virus in the country.

In a statement Bukhari said that Covid-19 is spreading due to insensitiveness and callousness of the federal government. The government proved to be a total failure to deal with this pandemic..

He said that unfortunately this government is not capable to have a strategy to deal with this challenge.

Bukhari said that the number of patients have increased due to confused narrative of PM Imran Khan who does not have the capacity to take a huge challenge like this pandemic.

The government itself seems divided over the strategy to tackle this problem. He said that doctors and experts have been issuing warning about this calamity but Imran Khan and his associates refused to listen to them.

Every day doctors and other medical workers are falling sick and sacrificing their lives. The situation is alarming but unfortunately Imran Khan wants to sacrifice them on the altar of his ego, he said.
