TLP nominate Khadim Hussain Rizvi’s son as his successor

LAHORE: The Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) on Saturday nominated Khadim  Hussain Rizvi’s son Hafiz Saad Rizvi as the new chief of the party and the successor to the late TLP chief.

The decision was announced after funeral prayers for the firebrand cleric, who breathed his last on Thursday night, were offered this morning (Saturday) at the Minar-e-Pakistan.

Thousands turned up to pay their respects to Khadim Hussain Rizvi, who had led many protests against the government in Islamabad and other parts of the country.
