Video of man harassing Aurat March participants goes viral

The video of a man harassing participants of the Aurat march went viral on social media.

The recently-held Aurat March 2021 became controversial after a doctored video was shared on social media and a banner was made controversial.

However, another incident took place which caused a stir on social media and several people protested against it.

A man, masquerading as a reporter during the march, can be seen harassing the marchers in general and women in particular.

The man, holding a microphone and accompanied by a cameraman, tells a woman in a derogatory manner that she resembles Marvi Sirmed, bodyshaming her.

He curtly and in a very offensive manner, reminds another woman that she forgot her scarf (dupatta) at home.
