Watch: Maryam Nawaz gives respect to Pervaiz Rasheed

ISLAMABAD: PML-N vice president Maryam Nawaz on Thursday invited PML-N senior leader Pervaiz Rasheed to sit on the stage at her place, giving him respect.

Maryam was addressing a PML-N general council meeting in Islamabad when she spoke about the party’s leaders and workers’ sacrifices for former prime minister Nawaz Sharif.

It was then that she turned her attention towards Pervaiz Rasheed, who was somewhere in the crowd.

“For his immense sacrifices for the party, I would like to request Mr Pervaiz Rasheed to please come and sit at my place on the stage,” she said. “Pervaiz Rasheed sahab, please come right here on the stage.”
