Rakhi Sawant ties the knot with beau Adil Khan Durrani

Social Media sensation and actress have married her boyfriend in the a Nikkah ceremony. Earlier this week pictures of the couple were circulating on different social media pages but people were waiting for an official statement from either of them.
After much speculation, the Bigg Boss star, took to Instagram and shared pictures of her signing the wedding registration form along with her now husband Adil Khan Durrani. She captioned the picture, “Finally, I’m happy and so excited that I got married! My love is forever now. All my unconditional love for you, Adil!”

Rakhi Sawant, when questioned about her marriage status had answered, “Yes, I got married to Adil in July last year after three months of knowing him. We had a Nikkah and a court marriage. Since he stopped me from disclosing it, I remained quiet for the past seven months. He felt that it would get difficult to find a suitor for his sister if people got to know about our marriage.”

Rakhi Sawant had met Adil after going through a very public divorce from her first husband Ritesh Singh, an NRI with whom she had participated in the 15th season of popular Indian reality show Bigg Boss. She said, “I was almost in depression because of the betrayal of my loved ones. However, much to my surprise, that’s when Adil came into my life and made promises to love me forever. Unfortunately, his family has still not accepted me.”
Talking about why she chose to disclose her marriage now Rakhi said, “A lot happened while I was away locked up inside the Big Boss Marathi 4 house recently. I will elaborate on my experiences when the time is right. At this point, all I want is to save my relationship and I want the world to know that I am married to Adil. These days, I’m quite frustrated due to a couple of things, so it was necessary to make my marriage public.”
Rakhi Sawant was last seen in Bigg Boss Marathi season 4 where she had entered as a wild card contestant and went reached the top 5.
