Aamir Liaquat lashes out at Karachi traffic cop for allegedly taking bribe
Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf MNA and TV show host Aamir Liaquat lashed out at a traffic cop in Karachi Monday, accusing him of taking bribes from people under the garb of checking their vaccination cards.
A clip of Aamir Liaquat went viral on social media where he can be seen scolding a police officer. He later tweeted, “I will not allow any police officer to take bribes from citizens in this constituency.” Aamir Liaquat also mentioned that he saw the cops stopping and taking bribes from the citizens which made him lose his control.

Lockdown imposed in Karachi
A lockdown was imposed in Karachi from the 31st July to 8th of August in the light of rising coronavirus cases in the city of lights. Strict restrictions were imposed especially on travel and markets. The police have made several check posts at some spots in the city to monitor the transportation situation in the city.
