Army captain martyred in South Waziristan terrorist attack: ISPR

ISLAMABAD: A Pakistan army captain has been martyred in a terrorist attack in South Waziristan region of Khyber Pakhtunbkhwa province.

According to ISPR, the media wing of Pakistan army,  Captain Abdullah Zafar came under attack when he was leading his troops during night patrolling in Shakai area on intelligence of terrorists presence in Shakai, South Wazirstan.

Terrorists fired on the patrolling party, resulting the martyrdom of the 25 years old captain.

Captain Abdullah was a resident of Lachi, Kohat.

Area was cordoned off for clearance operation, it added.
