Durefishan Saleem reflects on her spiritual Hajj journey

Pakistani actress Durefishan Saleem took to social media to share her Hajj experience, reflecting on faith, patience, and deep spiritual transformation.

Posting a photo dump on Instagram featuring moments of prayer, religious learning and time spent during the spiritual journey, Durefishan captioned her post: “It’s a story of patience (loads of it), gratitude, and insane trust in God.”

Describing her journey, she praised her parents for supporting her when she fell ill and shared how she met inspiring people and heard touching stories.

“Met some amazing girls. We prayed, cried, laughed and at every camp food. Hearing amazing stories of righteousness and learnt religion more in patience than words,” Durefishan wrote.

“Don’t know what I am taking with me because there is so much that I can’t put in words for now but I know what I am leaving behind – the weight of things and emotions I had carried for a while.”

“Detachments from every motion and surrender is what Hajj taught me and probably that’s one thing I am going to keep reminding myself again and again.”
