Pakistan cricket team players went to the Sri Lankan dressing room to thank their counterparts for coming to the country and reviving international cricket on Pakistani soil after a decade.
An official of the cricket board spoke to a private news channel to confirm that the Pakistani players did come and individually met each Sri Lankan player to thank them for doing their bit to revive international cricket in the country.
Pakistan beat Sri Lanka in the second and final Test match between the two sides to clinch the series 1-0.
“The player not only thanked them individually but also wished them all the best for the future series,” the official confirmed to a private news channel.
