Ronaldo’s initial abode in Saudi Arabia costs $300,000 a month

Following his move to Saudi football club Al-Nassr, football star Cristiano Ronaldo along with his family and personnel will be staying at a luxurious suite at the Kingdom Tower of Four Seasons Hotel, one of the tallest buildings, in Riyadh. The suite occupies the 48th and 50th floor of the Kingdom Tower.

They are going to be staying at the luxurious suite for the initial few months while looking for a more permanent location which would be a plush mansion in the city.

The suite has 17 rooms to accommodate the footballer’s family, friends and security team can only be booked privately. The suite has many amenities on the premises such as tennis courts, massage treatments and a spa, which includes a sauna and steam room The staff has been instructed to give the footballer complete privacy and not be ask him for selfies or pictures.

The footballer along with his girlfriend and wife children have shifted base to the Saudi capital Riyadh post signing a two- year contract with Al-Nassr.

The Portuguese footballer completed his transfer to Saudi Arabian FC, Al Nassr for Saudi Pro League worth almost $200 million per annum.

The Portugal striker is yet to make his debut with the Saudi club but was present at the Stadium to watch his team beat Al T’aee on Friday.

The news of the transfer broke last month and Ronaldo along with his family, arrived in Riyadh on January 3 and he received a grand welcome from the team and his fans at the Mrsool Park Stadium in the Saudi capital.

Last month Al-Nassr had released an official statement saying, “History in the making. This is a signing that will not only inspire our club to achieve even greater success but inspire our league, our nation and future generations, boys and girls to be the best version of themselves. Welcome Cristiano to your new home.”

Ronaldo while talking about his transfer said, “I’m so proud to make this big decision in my life. In Europe my work is done. I won everything and played for the most important clubs in Europe. This is a new challenge.”
