Karachi Administrator Murtaza Wahab oversees work at II Chundrigar Road
Recently appointed as the Administrator Karachi, Murtaza Wahab has already started, it seems, overseeing work in Karachi.
Murtaza Wahab tweeted Monday that the Sindh government is undertaking work to ensure that cables are brought under the ground at the II Chundrigar Road.
Work has begun on taking cables underground on main Chundrigar Road. Once this is done, proper paver blocks will be placed on the footpaths to make it convenient for pedestrians to walk #KarachiWorks pic.twitter.com/Vo6UOsWKJN

He further stated that once the work is over, proper pavements will be made for the public to walk on.
The cables on I.I Chundigar road and M.A Jinnah road had been lying around for a long time, causing inconvenience for the public and also, were dangerous for the people.
Murtaza Wahab’s initiative has been applauded by the public, who are desperate for Karachi’s streets to be renovated and project a new look.
