Coronavirus cases continued to surge across the country on Tuesday as more than 3,000 tested positive for the virus and 59 succumbed to the infection, according to data from the NCOC.
Among those who succumbed to the virus include 54 people who died in hospitals while 5 died out of hospitals. The recent round of daily infections takes the total number of active cases of the coronavirus to 42,115 as of November 25, 2020.
